Cuando estén blanditas echar la soja texturizada previamente escurrida, el Chorreón de vino, el orégano y rehogar todo durante unos minutos para que se evapore el alcohol.

- A continuación echar el tomate triturado y dejar cocer hasta que esté hecho, haya reducido un poco y esté en su punto. Probar y poner a punto de sal a gusto de cada uno. Yo suelo poner un pellizco de sazonador vegetal y pizca de bicarbonato si está ácido....reservar.


- Poner a cocer los espaguetis en abundante agua con sal hasta que estén al dente. Escurrir y saltear con 1 cucharada de aceite y los ajos finamente picados. Una vez rehogados servir con la salsa boloñesa por encima, o también mezclando todo en la cacerola.
